Tamera Mowry-Housley has posted the first pictures of her adorable baby daughter Ariah.
The former Sister Sister star gave birth to her second child eight weeks ago. Mowry and former baseball player Adam Housley also have a two-year-old son named Aden.
"We're both calm," she told People.
"She's a mellow baby, and the coolest thing is Aden is high-energy and Adam is high-energy, so I think we're balanced now."
The former child star first discovered she would be having a baby girl on US talk show The Real, which she co-hosts.
"She's smiling," Mowry-Housley continued. "That's the first thing that I looked forward to, because you work hard as a mum, and then when you get that smile, it just makes you feel good."
Last year, reality show Tia & Tamera - which followed the siblings as they balanced their busy careers and family life - was cancelled after three seasons.
